Welcome to
Race Point Light Station

The Race Point properties are maintained by the Cape Cod Chapter of the American Lighthouse Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of dedicated volunteer members whose mission is the restoration and preservation of Race Point Lighthouse, the Keeper's house, the Whistle house, the Oil house, and Wood End and Long Point Lighthouses.

Something everybody could help us with - whether volunteer or guest - is a simple donation. The buildings at Race Point are historic and very expensive to maintain. A donation of ANY amount is deeply appreciated. In fact, the major portion of the restoration at Race Point was done by people making donations of $10 and $20.

Thank you for any amount you are able to help us with!

Most Sincerely,

The Volunteer Keepers at Race Point Lighthouse

Pilgrim Powersports & Kawasaki support Race Point Lighthouse!

Pilgrim Power Sports, in partnership with Kawasaki, has provided us with a Kawasaki #10 MULE side-by-side ATV vehicle to allow for our Piping Plover Escort program this year at Race Point Light Station. Having this special vehicle helps us to continue to facilitate our education program and public access to the property by working cooperatively with the Dept. of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife and the Cape Cod National Seashore.
